Level Up Doctor - Chapter 16
Internship Exam (2)
Two female employees were standing by the window.
Compared to the screaming, he looked quite calm, and I was a little dispirited.
I also felt fortunate.
“What happened?”
Choi Ki-seok quickly ran towards the long haired girl.
She was holding one wrist.
A necklace with the name Yang Jin-hee was hung around her neck. The woman standing next to him is Kang Yu-jin.
“I got stung by a bee.”
“Can I take a look at your wound? I’m a doctor who came to take your internship exam.”
Yang Jin-hee nodded slightly, and Choi Ki-seok looked at her wounds.
The area around the sting site was swollen and red.
Choi Ki-seok took out a transportation card from his wallet. Then, he grabbed Yang Jin-hee’s arm with one hand and laid the traffic guard down diagonally with the other hand.
Yang Jin-hee and Kang Yu-jin blinked at that sight.
Transportation card and bee sting.
It’s a combination that doesn’t suit anything.
“It might hurt a little.”
Choi Ki-seok shaved the wound with a transportation card. As the flesh on my forearm was pushed away, small needles came out little by little. After repeating the operation a few times, the saliva came out and popped out.
“That’s it. Now just wash it clean with soapy water. Is there anything uncomfortable?”
“No, thank you.”
Yang Jinhee bowed her head. But for a moment, her body swayed.
“are you okay?”
“Ah. Yes. I guess I was really surprised by the punishment. I felt a little dizzy…”
There was something about Yang Jinhee’s words that caught me off guard.
I used the Eye of Hippocrates just in case.
Stamina: 5/10
Main symptoms: Dizziness / Difficulty breathing / Facial flushing
Area affected: Whole body
Current status: Non-emergency — > Emergency.
Progress: Bad
[Passive level is low so I can’t understand in more detail.]
The moment I used medical mode, I came to my senses.
Non-emergency was just transitioning into emergency.
As I looked at Yang Jin-hee’s wounds, hives began to appear on my skin.
“Go to the emergency room.”
“Just a bee sting?”
“It’s not winter.”
Choi Ki-seok continued his explanation calmly.
What came to Yang Jin-hee was anaphylactic shock.
It is a type of allergic reaction that causes various acute symptoms within 30 minutes.
If left unattended, an emergency situation could have occurred.
After hearing the explanation, the faces of the two people suddenly darkened.
“Go quickly. I’ll tell the other teacher.”
“okay.”
After breaking up with Yang Jin-hee, Choi Ki-seok headed to the main auditorium on the 7th floor.
The chairs in the auditorium had test numbers attached to them, and intern applicants were sitting according to their numbers.
The applicants were divided into two groups. One group gathered together and chatted excitedly, while the rest quietly read books or played on their phones.
The former is a medical student who graduated from medical school, and the latter is a graduate of another school.
While Choi Ki-seok was looking for a seat, he discovered Jo Tae-ho’s gang.
The gang also found Choi Ki-seok, but they did not say hello to each other.
To put it in vulgar terms, the relationship became harsh.
‘Great.’
Choi Ki-seok muttered to himself.
I refuse to have anything more to do with Cho Tae-ho.
If I went to Gangnam with a friend and stayed with Jo Tae-ho, I would almost get into bad trouble.
Choi Ki-seok sat five seats away from Cho Tae-ho.
Fortunately, there was another university applicant sitting close to Jo Tae-ho, and Kim Geon-woo, a classmate whom he knew, sat next to him.
“hi.”
Kim Geon-woo greeted me warmly first.
Then he pointed his index finger toward Jo Tae-ho.
“Why don’t you go towards them?
” We had a fight not long ago. I won’t see you again in the future. But why are you looking so hard?”
Choi Ki-seok changed the topic.
“Just take a look at the national exam again.”
“Don’t worry about it. Are you sure we will fail the medical school exam?”
“Probably not. At least today.”
“Well. I guess I picked up something.”
“Of course.”
Kim Geon-woo continued with a grin.
“I got some useful information from a senior I know yesterday. Heiyachi is one of the test proctors today.”
“Heiyachi?”
“He’s an assistant professor of gastrointestinal surgery from our medical school. He had a very eccentric personality, so even if he was from his alma mater, he would cut him if he didn’t like it. I heard that two seniors were killed by Heiyachi the year before last.”
“What does it look like?”
“What can I say? Did you say he has a bandit-like image and M-shaped baldness on his head?”
“He’s an amazing person just from what I’ve heard.”
Choi Ki-seok chuckled.
Even after just hearing the explanation, I felt like I would recognize him if we met him.
While chatting with Kim Geon-woo, Namgang Jun came towards Choi Ki-seok.
“Let me see for a moment.”
Nam Kang-jun just said what he wanted to say and quickly went outside.
Choi Ki-seok followed Nam Kang-jun without saying anything. Nam Kang-jun stood in front of the vending machine and pulled out a can of coffee.
“Hey. Are you really not going to see Tae-ho?”
“Why do I have to keep seeing that person?”
Ki-seok Choi opened the lid and drank a can of coffee.
“We’ve been friends for 6 years.”
“We’re probably not friends, we’re just coworkers. Do you call someone who unilaterally pleases you a friend?”
“Haa…”
Nam Kang-jun beat his chest in frustration.
“Honestly, what you said isn’t wrong. If you hold on just a little longer, you can live comfortably under him. You know.”
“You don’t know?”
Choi Ki-seok shrugged.
“This bastard’s walls and windows are done. But remember one thing. You will definitely regret your decision today.”
“Then shall I say something?”
“······.”
“The normal way is to throw away toilet paper that has poop on it. You will only be used and then thrown away.”
“Because you think about it.”
Nam Kang-Jun gritted his teeth and entered the main auditorium.
Either way, Choi Ki-Jun drank the rest of his coffee on the spot.
Nam Kang-Jun is just as crooked as Jo Tae-Ho.
I never wanted to meet them again. As
I was going back to the main auditorium, a beautiful woman who caught my eye approached me from afar.
She had long hair neatly tied up and wore a semi-suit that showed off her body well. She
was comparable to the actresses on TV.
Choi Ki-seok He stared at her for a while.
She felt unfamiliar yet familiar. It made no sense, but it really felt that way.
“Hello.”
The woman spoke first, and Choi Ki-seok only blinked in surprise.
Then, he noticed the bag the woman was carrying. My gaze went. It was clearly a bag I had seen before.
That familiar bag couldn’t have been…
“Are you… Sulwha?”
“Why are you doing this all over again?”
Jeong Sul-hwa chuckled.
Choi Ki-seok . was genuinely surprised to see Jeong Seol-hwa, but Jeong Seol-hwa seemed to think she was joking. “You’ve become prettier
while I haven’t seen you.”
“Thank you,”
Jeong Seol-hwa continued, twisting her body.
“You made something up for me earlier .” I told you to look. So I tried paying a little attention and the response was good.”
“Reaction?”
“Yes. My family and friends seem to have changed significantly since I decorated it like this. “Something like this happened while I was here today…”
Jeong Seol-hwa’s words were vague, but Choi Ki-seok knew what she meant. The
unfamiliar man must have been begging for his contact information.
The current tale would give any man courage. It almost makes me want to approach him.
“What did you talk about with Kang Jun?”
Jeong Seol-hwa changed the topic.
“He told me to apologize to Jo Tae-ho, so I told him to get out of the way. I don’t think we’ll ever have to talk to each other in the future.”
“Then I don’t have anything to do with you either.”
“Why you?”
Choi Ki-seok asked back in surprise.
Although he wasn’t an original member, Jeong Seol-hwa also hung out with Jo Tae-ho’s gang for nearly a year.
“It’s just like that. .”
Jeong Seol-hwa blushed and lowered her head.
There was silence for a moment, but Choi Ki-seok was the first to speak.
“Thank you for what happened last time.”
Thanks to Jeong Seol-hwa, I was introduced to Jeong Jin-myeong, and Jeong Jin-myeong moved under Jeong Seol-hwa’s pressure.
That helped . If not, they would have had to fight a long, tedious, and difficult battle called a lawsuit.
“It’s nothing special.”
Jeong Seol-hwa smiled shyly.
“Then shall we go in?”
“Yes.”
The two entered the main auditorium together.
