The Academy’s Weapon Replicator - Chapter 80
Academy’s Weapon Replicator Episode 80
Chapter 24 Tavern (2)
Before going to Tavern, I did a final review in the training room.
Perhaps thanks to successfully completing the final exam, after repeating simultaneous weaving in the training room, the level of weaving finally increased.
[The level of the unique skill ‘Weaving’ has increased.]
[The target of application of weaving has increased.]
[The target of current weaving is ‘object’ and ‘skill’]
Now weaving is applied not only to objects but also to skills. In other words, from now on, I can look at other people’s skills and ‘imitate’ them.
However, since the skill called weaving is originally copied as an ‘imaginary image’, it does not enjoy the effects of the real skill. It may be possible to some extent within the menosorpho, but even that is limited.
I’ll have to do some tests to find out more, but that’s not what’s important right now.
Currently, my weave has an option called ‘Descent of Thanatos’.
– A trigger is triggered when the weave operates in reality for the first time.
– A trigger is activated when the weave injures the ‘monster outside’.
– A trigger is triggered when the weave hurts the god.
This is an option that Thanatos arbitrarily added to keep Weaving in check. I still don’t know when it was attached or how it was done.
I can’t do anything at Tavern as long as this crap is attached to it.
The main weapon is weaving, and if you touch the monster outside with weaving, Thanatos will appear again.
However, since weaving now includes ‘skills’ as an application, the weaver himself can also be modified.
I used the weave and modified ‘deterioration’ on the weave itself.
[Option ‘Descent of Thanatos’ has been removed.]
“…Good.”
It cannot be said that divine intervention has completely disappeared, but at least weaving will not become an obstacle.
Finally, all preparations are complete.

After packing up the things I needed from the mansion, I finally came out the front door to go to the Tavern.
But the one in front was a vehicle I had never seen before. The driver was also a face I had never seen before.
When I looked at Malia with a question mark, she smiled awkwardly.
“Ah, your father brought someone else just in case you get weak and don’t come back.”
“….”
It may seem a bit excessive, but it is a good thing that Ampere’s thoughts have changed.
If he can’t stop me from going to Tavern anyway, he’s probably trying to light a fire in his heart.
The only people who saw me off from the mansion were the employees and Malia. It was not possible to see where Atgier and Ampere had gone.
“Have a good trip because your mom is cheering you on. Frontier.”
“huh.”
“Don’t die.”
“huh.”
He said it as if he was joking, but it didn’t seem like he was joking at all, so I answered seriously.
As soon as I got into the car, the driver took off. It seemed like he already knew the destination.
Even in the same northern region, Tavern is located at the eastern and western end of Gyeranhes.
It’s going to take a while, so let’s get some sleep…
* * *
“We’ve arrived.”
I opened my eyes at the knight’s voice.
As soon as I got out of the car, the driver went back the way he came without even saying hello. It was probably Ampere’s order.
“…cold.”
Gjeranhes was not a very warm place, but the air here seemed to be swirled with ice particles.
As far as I know, the absolute temperature values won’t vary much, but this is probably due to the lack of people.
The place I was in was a frozen wasteland with only one road and everything else. In front of me was a huge outer wall that filled my field of vision.
Tavern’s situation is unusual, so the area itself has developed uniquely, with a very strong outer wall surrounding the outside, and living quarters such as houses and shops located within it. This is to separate them from the monsters outside or the prisoners managed by Tavern.
Here too, you can see a huge circular building that looks solid at first glance, and that is the prison managed by Tavern. Since most of the walls of Tavern are made up of prisoners, it is natural that there is a strong prison.
There is a barracks nearby and a wall divides the entire civilian area of the barracks prison. When viewed from above, it looks like a huge circle divided into three spaces.
Of course, I will now experience a life not that different from those soldiers. Still, since you’re from Roach, you’ll be treated a little differently.
“Okay, let’s go.”
I made up my mind and took a step forward. But I stopped before I could take a few steps.
There was an unfamiliar woman standing in front of me. It was such a strange appearance that I don’t know when it was there or if it had been there from the beginning.
The blonde woman lightly held both ends of her skirt and bowed her head gracefully.
The design of the uniform worn and the posture of greeting everyone reminded me of one word.
“I meet the Sogalord of Roach.”
It was a maid.
The maid was truly greeting me like a maid and showing me an expression like that of a maid.
“…who?”
So I treated it as an honorific.
I asked, but I had an idea who it was. No, I at least knew where it came from.
“From now on, I will assist Lord Soga.”
“Is it Mangot?”
“That’s right.”
A maid who readily acknowledges this. Of course, there is no one listening here, so it is natural.
The woman had a soft smile, and her expression and gestures were quite fascinating. The objective level of appearance was excellent, but more than that, the expression and eyes caught my attention first.
Either she has a constitution that naturally attracts men, or she has been trained to appear that way.
“Where is Hagley going?”
I asked the guy in the nurse’s office who gave me my name.
“He is my boss.”
In other words, I hit it in time.
Since their plan to use me to get rid of Elodie didn’t work, they looked for other means.
“….”
I looked at the maid’s clothes. Looking like a maid was just an imitation and the clothes were too revealing. It looked even more so because the maid herself had an outstanding body. It’s just a little bit vulgar, but it feels like it barely crossed that line.
…It was a truly easy-to-understand intention.
“name is?”
“In Cape Bay, he was called ‘Jay.’ “If Lord Soga wants, you can give it another name.”
It was called.
In other words, there is no proper name.
I looked at Jay with his ‘Analysis’ skill.
[Jay]
– Assassin of ‘Mangot’.
– The name Jay comes from the alphabet. Assassins were trained and named in alphabetical order. In other words, she is the tenth assassin of Mangot.
– Her parents gave her the name ‘Selena’, but she doesn’t remember it.
– Her parents were alive─
The analysis stopped there.
My intuition told me that I would need a huge amount of mana from now on.
“You said you could give it a different name, right?”
“…Yes, of course. “If you want.”
Jay answered a little late, probably because he didn’t really think he would give it a different name.
I said.
“Selena. From today, you are Selena.”
I don’t know who her parents are, but it’s a name she gave me after a long time.
It would be a waste to just be forgotten.
“….”
Jay, from now on Selena, blinked for a moment at my declaration.
In a daze, his small mouth opened and his eyes wavered.
“what’s the matter?”
“…Oh no. Selena. From today onwards, I will live by that name.”
Selena smiled again.
I said I forgot, but the memory still remains somewhere in my head.
“I’m going to the Tavern now, is that okay?”
“Don’t worry. “I will protect Frontier.”
Selena said that and bowed again.
The outfit is not too revealing and she is not bowed down very deeply, so her white skin and breasts are exposed. No, that was probably the purpose in the first place.
I sensed that life at Tavern was going to be more tiring than expected.
* * *
“Early. “Pack your bags and go back right now.”
Ridwi said as soon as he saw me.
Since Constell had originally requested to come to the Tavern as part of her vacation plans, it was only natural that she would formally say hello to the head of the family, Lidwi.
However, as soon as Ridwi saw me, he was very uncooperative.
“You don’t understand? “Your father is sending you to death.”
Lidyu’s expression was quite unpleasant. It seemed like it was because of Ampere rather than me. No matter how bad your son is, why send him to Tavern? Such thoughts were clearly read in his eyes.
“It looks like you only found out about Tavern through rumors and writings and ended up here by mistake. Go back right now and grab your father by the crotch of his pants. If you beg, even he won’t kick you out. “Still, you’re a bastard.”
“I came voluntarily.”
“What are you doing?”
The height of both Reedwi’s eyebrows changed. The strangely curved eyebrows were a bit funny.
“Then I can’t admit it even more.”
“Why?”
“I won’t deal with crazy people.”
Then Ridwi glanced next to me.
“And the guy who brings a woman to the battlefield is not just a crazy guy, he’s a badass. Do you know what the difference is between the two?”
“What is it?”
“The crazy guy threatens not only the enemy but also the allies, and Byuwoungsin even ruins the operation.”
That sounds plausible.
Selena resonates with me more because she wasn’t what I wanted.
“But I came here with my family’s permission. “Not even the head of the Urfa family can just throw me out.”
“…Tsk, go to the corner room on the left on the second floor. “It’s your room.”
also. Even so, I was ready.
I bowed to Lidwi and headed to the second floor, and Selena followed.
Reidwi’s sighing voice was heard. In the first place, Ridwi didn’t even hide it.
“…Byuuuungsin.”
Somehow it was increasing one letter at a time.

Those who prevent monster invasions in Tavern are largely divided into two categories.
Prisoners and non-prisoners.
Of course, the most consumed people are prisoners, but it is impossible to block the monsters outside with these alone.
These are nothing more than meat shields to block indiscriminate advances. Of course, the prisoners sent to Tavern are mostly dangerous people who have committed terrible crimes, so they have some fighting skills. For a meat shield, it is a fairly high-quality meat shield.
And mercenaries. They gather, attracted by the enormous amount of money that Ridwi offered. Of course, not all of it is paid by the Urfa family, but it is the empire’s money. Preventing invasions from outside is the most important task for the empire.
And what remains are knights and wizards. Their purposes are diverse. There are knights who have tremendous loyalty to Ridwi, there are crazy researchers who burn their bodies to find out the identity of the monsters outside, and there are also people who came as part of a mission after being promised a position as an imperial palace magician.
However, no one came for ‘training’.
Also, if a dog that wasn’t even an adult came here during the ‘vacation’ period, that person would have been called a crazy person.
“I heard a crazy person came.”
“Yes, I heard.”
Barracks near Urfa Mansion.
The knights exchanged words among themselves based on rumors coming from the mansion.
“I heard you brought a woman with you.”
“Uh oh. “It’s too much for a crazy guy.”
“It’s the chest.”
There was a brief burst of laughter as vulgar as the vulgar conversation.
“Hey Robert. I heard he’s from Constel. Do you know him? “You were also in the center until a few days ago.”
One of the knights spoke to the man who had fallen into the ranks and remained silent.
It was Robert, Philly’s direct knight.
The man who pretended to be a detective at the hospital (though he was quickly caught) and investigated Frontier was in Tavern for some reason.
Robert let out a long sigh.
“How many people do you think there are in the center?”
“There’s no way you would know such a crazy person.”
The knights chuckled again.
“So how long will it take?”
“It’s 10,000 quid a week.”
“Five days. 15,000.”
The knights were having a little fun by betting on how many days the crazy guy would die.
